- Awarded Walter E. Dakin Fellowship in Playwriting at Sewanee Writers’ Conference
- Recipient of a five-year support grant from the Walter B. Sharp Memorial Fund
- Recipient of a LGR Travel Grant for three years in a row
- Selected to be a writer-in-residence at Ragdale Foundation in Evanston, Illinois
- One of six writers chosen to participate in Art Within’s Writer’s Lab
